I saw Ciara and have to say I was pleasantly surprised. She was very attentive to what I was asking, continually making sure we were on the same page. She was meticulous in applying my highlights and she had quite the job ahead of her as I hadn’t been to the salon in two years. The cut she gave me is the closest I have ever gotten to a provided photograph then I have ever had in my life.
