At Shear Magique, education is the foundation of everything we do. Each month, our new stylists participate in dedicated in-salon training designed to sharpen their skills in cutting, coloring and styling.
Our model calls are an essential part of maintaining the high standards our guests expect. In order to consistently deliver modern techniques, precision cuts, customized color, and polished styling, our new stylists need real hair and real scenarios to practice and perfect their work. As a model, you’ll receive the same professional experience we provide to every guest – consultation, customized service, and a finished look you’ll love. Spots are limited, and a nominal fee (haircuts are free, color service is only charged for the color that is used to cover the cost ($15-$50 max) is charged to keep the program fresh, focused, and continually evolving.
