Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you give 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling needs. We appreciate you letting us know as early as possible.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% cancellation fee from the booked services.

No shows will be charged in full for the booked services.

As a courtesy, we SMS 3 days before and email 2 days before your reservation to give plenty of time to reschedule. Without enough notice, your stylist will miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time that you already reserved.

All credit cards are stored on a secure file.

Retail Returns

Money back guarantee - If you are unhappy with any hair care product for any reason please return the item to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Service Adjustments

We will gladly adjust any service you receive within 7 days of your reservation. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your service.

Cash or credit card gratuities are accepted

Gift cards must be present at the time of purchase. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be redeemed or replaced. Gift cards do not expire, all sales are final. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
