After successfully passing my state board exams, I realized that I had only scratched the surface of what I could achieve in this industry. Driven by a desire for knowledge and success, I took it upon myself to pursue additional education and training. Recognizing the renowned prestige of the Vidal Sassoon Academies, I embarked on a transformative journey, immersing myself in their programs across various locations including Miami, Santa Monica, and London. The invaluable experience of traveling while training not only honed my technical skills but also enriched my understanding of diverse hairdressing techniques and global trends. It was a pivotal moment in my career, fueling my passion and propelling me towards becoming a true master of my craft.

Together with my husband, Anthony, and our two adventurous sons, Vance and Niko, we often look for adventures that create lasting memories for our family. We can’t get enough of the beach, being outside all year long, and now teaching our kids to snowboard and enjoy being outside. Other hobbies of mine are staying healthy and eating healthy while teaching my boys to do the same. Some extras are going for a run, drinking coffee & margaritas!

A beach trip or course. It would be a place where we could sleep in a hut on the beach. The temperature would be just right- not too hot and the perfect breeze. We’d eat tropical fruits and grill over a beach bon fire.

The most important thing I learned before high school was the power of creativity and self-expression. In my high school years I discovered the joy of exploring different hairstyles, experimenting with colors, and transforming my own appearance.  My early passion for hair and beauty grew into a lifelong journey in the industry and ultimately led me to Shear Magique where I am now growing a team of like minded stylists. I firmly believe that self-confidence and individuality go hand in hand, and our salon company strives to provide a space where clients can fully embrace their unique style and personality.
